🏷️ Rates

  • $40/month + tax

  • Includes up to 100 gallons of bagged trash per week
    (That’s about 7 kitchen-size 13-gallon bags, 3 large 33-gallon bags, or 2 extra-large 50-gallon bags)

    Need more room?
    βž• Add another 100 gallons/week for $25/month
    ♻️ Occasional extra? Just $1 per 10 gallons over your limit

πŸ—‘οΈ Trash Guidelines

  • All trash must be bagged and securely tied (airtight).

  • No loose items β€” this helps prevent litter and fines.

  • Each bag must be under 20 lbs (light enough to lift with one hand).

⏰ Pickup Schedule

  • Trash must be out at the curb before 6:00 AM on pickup day.
    (To be safe, place it out the night before.)

  • Pickup time may vary due to routing changes.

πŸš— Curbside Only

  • Trash must be placed roadside for pickup.

  • Please use your own trash bins or securely tied bags.
    We do not currently supply bins, but may offer branded options in the future.

  • We operate regularly on most holidays.
    If there is a schedule change, we’ll notify you in advance β€” please keep your contact info up to date.

🏑 Make Sure We Can Find You

  • Your house number must be clearly visible from the street.

🚫 What We Don’t Accept

We do not pick up the following items:

  • TVs, tires, large appliances or furniture

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, etc.)

  • Metal or construction debris

🐢 Safety First

  • Please make sure all pets are secured on pickup days.
    Our team cannot collect trash if animals are loose.

πŸ’³ Billing & Payments

  • Auto-payments run on the 1st of each month

  • Payment must be received before the 15th to avoid service interruption

  • Services will be paused or canceled if payment is not received in full

πŸ” Cancellations & Refunds

  • No contracts β€” cancel anytime.

  • To cancel or transfer your service to a new address, contact us before your next billing cycle.

  • Prorated refunds available if canceled before mid-month.

  • If service is suspended due to non-payment, it will resume once the balance is cleared.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards or bank transfers.

  • For your safety, we do not accept payment info via text or email.

  • Please call us to provide payment details over the phone, or set up a secure form online.
